BOOKING APPOINTMENTS AND ORDERING PRESCRIPTIONS VIA THE INTERNET

We now have a number of appointments that can be booked on line. 

Please see PATIENT ACCESS, under 'further information' on the right of this page for more guidance.

Please Plan ahead in readiness for the Christmas Break ensure you have sufficient medication - you need to give the practice at least 48hrs notice to process your prescription request -Thank-you

Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions may be ordered in the following way:

a) In writing

b) Via a Pharmacy

c) Via the PATIENT  ACCESS website

d) Via our link to the PATIENT ACCESS website on 'further information' on the right hand side of this page

In addition to the Practice's normal opening hours and additional Surgery opening times, you can also book a telephone consultation with a local clinician, please contact the Improved Access team on : 01905 969864

Patient Access (booking appointments and ordering prescriptions via the internet)

Booking Appointments via the Internet

The Surgery now has a number of appointments that are bookable on line.  In order to access these appointments patients  need to register with Patient Access.  The website for Patient Access is www.Patient.co.uk/access.  When logging on to this website you need to choose the 'Register without Doctor's letter' option and follow the instructions given.  You will need to choose a Password which will be required each time you book an appointment or request a repeat prescription on line. 

WE SUGGEST THAT YOU WRITE DOWN THE LONG NUMBER GIVEN AS YOUR USER ID AND ALSO MAKE A NOTE OF THE PASSWORD YOU CHOOSE.

After you have registered for Patient Access it is a requirement that you bring to the Surgery some form of identification (passport, driving licence, etc.)

Ordering Prescriptions via the Internet

To order a repeat prescription on line you will need to order this via the Patient Access website or via the link on the Whiteacres website (see below).   The link to the Patient Access website is www.Patient.co.uk/access

If you wish a Chemist to collect your prescription from the Surgery please type this in the 'message box' .
