Whiteacres Medical Centre serves patients from the eastern regions of Malvern.

If you live within our area, you can ask to be registered with the Surgery providing the Surgery list is not closed.

To register with the practice, you will need to complete one of the following types of registration forms:
You can also visit us at the Surgery and request a registration form to fill out.
If you would like to register as a temporary patient, for a period of up to 3 months. More information on becoming a temporary resident.
You may also need to attend the surgery with a form of photographic ID (either passport or driving licence) and proof of address before you are officially registered with us.
