We value all feedback and regularly review results from the Friends & Family Test to improve patient experience.
We are committed to inclusive, compassionate care. Interpretation services are available, and we provide additional support for patients with sensory or communication needs.
As a veteran-friendly practice, we offer dedicated support for ex-service personnel and their families.
Responsive
We offer an online triage system for non-urgent medical queries. If you are unable to access digital services, our friendly reception team is always here to help.
Our complaints procedure is open and transparent — we welcome all feedback and use it to make meaningful improvements.
We also work in partnership with the Worcestershire Association of Carers to identify and support carers within our community.
