The NHS is the best way for us to communicate with you. If you have the app and enable "notifications" - this means you will receive messages from us through the app. This means we can communicate with you quicker and more easily and without the need for us to send text messages.

If you need any help with the NHS app, our team our trained to help you so please get in contact. Please try to avoid the business times of day (first thing in the morning and lunchtimes).
