 EXTENDED HOURS

In addition to the Practice's normal opening hours and additional Surgery opening times, you can also book an appointment to see a local clinician in the evenings or on a Saturday or Sunday across South Worcestershire.  GP Practices are working together to provide extended access appointments to our patients.  This means that your extended access appointment might be with a different GP or nurse, or based in a different location or Practice than you are used to, and some of these appointments are telephone only.  These appointments are pre-bookable by contacting the Surgery during our opening times - when calling please ask for an extended access appointment and our Receptionists will help you to find a convenient appointment.

Outside of Practice hours you can contact the Extended Hours Team on 01905 789061

GP Net Earnings

All GP Practices are required to declare the mean net earnings (eg average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each Practice.  This is required in the interests of the greater public accountability recognising GP pay is ultimately funded from tax paid by the public.

The average pay for GPs working at Whiteacres Medical Centre in 2017 was £67,762.  These figures are based on 4 full-time Doctors, 2 part-time Doctors and no Locums.
