 EXTENDED HOURS

In addition to the Practice's normal opening hours and additional Surgery opening times, you can also book an appointment to see a local clinician in the evenings or on a Saturday or Sunday across South Worcestershire.  GP Practices are working together to provide extended access appointments to our patients.  This means that your extended access appointment might be with a different GP or nurse, or based in a different location or Practice than you are used to, and some of these appointments are telephone only.  These appointments are pre-bookable by contacting the Surgery during our opening times - when calling please ask for an extended access appointment and our Receptionists will help you to find a convenient appointment.

Outside of Practice hours you can contact the Extended Hours Team on 01905 789061

Booking Appointments via the Internet

The Surgery now has a number of appointments that are bookable on line.  In order to access these appointments patients  need to register with Patient Access.  The website for Patient Access is www.Patient.co.uk/access.  When logging on to this website you need to choose the 'Register without Doctor's letter' option and follow the instructions given.  You will need to choose a Password which will be required each time you book an appointment or request a repeat prescription on line.

WE SUGGEST THAT YOU WRITE DOWN THE LONG NUMBER GIVEN AS YOUR USER ID AND ALSO MAKE A NOTE OF THE PASSWORD YOU CHOOSE.

After you have registered for Patient Access it is a requirement that you bring to the Surgery some form of identification (passport, driving licence, etc.)
