EXTENDED HOURS - as from Monday 20 November 2017

In addition to the Practice's normal opening hours and additional Surgery opening times, you can also book an appointment to see a local clinician in the evenings or on a Saturday or Sunday across South Worcestershire.  GP Practices are working together to provide extended access appointments to our patients.  This means that your extended access appointment might be with a different GP or nurse, or based in a different location or Practice than you are used to, and some of these appointments are telephone only.  These appointments are pre-bookable by contacting the Surgery during our opening times - when calling please ask for an extended access appointment and our Receptionists will help you to find a convenient appointment.

We now have a number of appointments that can be booked on line.  Please see PATIENT ACCESS, item 3 under 'further information' on the right of this page for more guidance.

Repeat prescriptions may be ordered in the following way:

a) In writing

b) Via a Pharmacy

c) Via the PATIENT  ACCESS website

d)Via our link to the PATIENT ACCESS website (see item 4 under 'further information' on the right hand side of this page

PATIENT ACCESS (booking appointments and ordering prescriptions via the internet)

Booking Appointments via the Internet

The Surgery now has a number of appointments that are bookable on line.  In order to access these appointments patients  need to register with Patient Access.  The website for Patient Access is www.Patient.co.uk/access.  When logging on to this website you need to choose the 'Register without Doctor's letter' option and follow the instructions given.  You will need to choose a Password which will be required each time you book an appointment or request a repeat prescription on line. 

WE SUGGEST THAT YOU WRITE DOWN THE LONG NUMBER GIVEN AS YOUR USER ID AND ALSO MAKE A NOTE OF THE PASSWORD YOU CHOOSE.

Ordering Prescriptions via the Internet

After you have registered for Patient Access it is a requirement that you bring to the Surgery some form of identification (passport, driving licence, etc.) 

As from midnight on Friday 14 February 2014, the ONLY way to order a repeat prescription on line will be via the Patient Access website or via the link on the Whiteacres website (see below).   The link to the Patient Access website is www.Patient.co.uk/access

If you wish a Chemist to collect your prescription from the Surgery please type this in the 'message box' .

When logging on to the Patient Access website you need to choose the 'Register without Doctor's letter' option and follow the instructions given.    WE SUGGEST THAT YOU WRITE DOWN THE LONG NUMBER GIVEN AS YOUR USER ID, AND ALSO MAKE A NOTE OF THE PASSWORD YOU CHOOSE as you will need both of these every time you log in.
